Project Management

PharmaQS can provide project management services to assist with system implementation either as part of a team or individually. We have a background in both systems analysis and project management which includes training by Bert Hamilton, a leading project management consultant and author of many internationally acclaimed books.

Project managers come from all sorts of backgrounds being financial, sales, construction, engineering or scientific.

Fortunately the function of the project manager is the same however the ability of the project manager to understand the subject matter at hand can often lead to ineffective project management, failure to break down the project tasks, the assignment of resources and accurate time allocations per task. Typically corrective action are reactive rather than proactive while opportunities are either missed or ill-conceived.

Our services are varied in that we can either take on the project management role ourselves or simply be content to assist your project manager so that they can perform better, assisting then to analysis and understanding what is sometimes an unfamiliar subject.
